OFFICE MANAGER (24 hours per week)

And is looking for an experienced and precise Office Manager who gets energy from supporting colleagues and is strong in organizing. Are you looking for a dynamic, versatile job with flexibility and have a good sense of humor? Then you are the person we are looking for!

RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for

customers and suppliers

Supporting the team and management (calendar management, correspondence, events)

Performing back-office and CRM tasks

Organizing travels, shoots, productions, and exports

Administrative support for Marketing & Communication

WHAT DO YOU BRING

Problem-solving, proactive, flexible, and strong communication skills

Experience with MS Office and Exact Online

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

At least a few years of experience in an executive support role

Possession of a driver's license
