DOES VAN GELDER JEWELLERY TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS?
Yes, we take orders by phone. But it is also possible to visit our gallery by appointment. For phone orders call +31 73 303 48 00 during office hours (Monday-Friday; from 09:00-17:00 CEST+1).
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. As the products are specially made for our customers.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site or in the footer and go to Orders. Here you’ll find all your orders and their status.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number for your package.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
Please contact our customer care team by emailing concierge@vangelderjewellery.com if you would like to return an item. Van Gelder Jewellery does not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and a return number.
Items can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn or altered. All tags must be attached and items need to be returned in original packaging.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Van Gelder Jewellery reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
